RETURNS

We do not offer prepaid returns. All return postage costs must be met by the buyer. Our returns address is: Embracing Identity C/O Watermans World Ltd, Watermans House, Farfield Park, Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham S63 5DB. Please also include your order number on the outside of your return parcel and insert your invoice inside the returned parcel.

Please obtain the Proof of Postage so you can track your parcel.

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, deodorant or make up that may leave a scent or mark.

All items must be returned unworn, as sold with all tags intact.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if a product is returned with make up stains, marks, perfume, fake tan, or if the hygiene seal has been tampered with.

Please ensure you return your unworn goods in a fully resalable condition, with swing tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.

All items should be wrapped carefully, in their original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. Embracing Identity does not accept responsibility for any damage which occurs during return shipping.

All goods will be inspected on return.

It can usually take up to 7 to 10 working days for your refund to be processed from receipt of the returned parcel.

You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days, although this may vary during busy periods, including sale periods. We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible.

We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
