Orders and Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch. International orders typically take 5 to 10 working days depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@embracingidentity.com as soon as possible. We can make changes if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Sizing and Fit
How do the sets fit?
Our loungewear has a relaxed, comfortable fit. Stay true to size for a neat fit, or size up if you love an oversized look.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes. You’ll find full measurements on our size guide, including chest, waist and inside leg.
Can I buy the top and joggers separately?
No, our loungewear is sold as a matching set only, so your look is always complete.
Product and Care
Is the lettering printed?
No. All lettering is appliqué, stitched to the front of each piece for a premium, long lasting finish.
What fabric is it?
80% cotton, 20% polyester. Soft, warm and made to be lived in.
How do I wash my set?
Turn inside out and wash at 30 degrees with similar colours. Do not tumble dry. Iron on the reverse only, avoiding the appliqué lettering.

Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
How do I return an item?
Email hello@embracingidentity.com for a returns reference, then post your item to: Embracing Identity C/O Watermans World Ltd, Watermans House, Farfield Park, Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham S63 5DB.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, subject to stock. Email us and we’ll arrange it for you.
Who pays return postage?
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
